The SP+ Legal Department is responsible for handling day-to-day legal matters for the Company, including contract drafting/review/negotiations, corporate controls & procedures, corporate governance and compliance, mergers & acquisition, and dispute resolution and litigation. Our attorneys are very closely integrated with management and are involved with all aspects of the business operations.
We are seeking an attorney with contract drafting and review experience to work on a broad range of transactional work. You will be responsible for reviewing a variety of contracts under the supervision of a senior attorney, with the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively. We expect the successful candidate to progress to handling their own matters and be on a path to becoming the legal lead in a particular area, which could be Procurement, IT, HR, or another business function or operations group. You will report to Vice President, Deputy General Counsel.
