Overview

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for oversight of the successful operation of locations in your assigned portfolio, business development, budget attainment, client satisfaction and talent development.

Responsibilities

 

Budget Attainment

 

  • Oversee the development and attainment of regional operating plans and budgets and reforecasts
  • Participate in the development of regional financial and operational goals and achieve determined goals
  • Monitor regional financial and operational results to ensure profitability of existing locations within assigned region

 

Client Satisfaction

 

  • Build strong personal relations with clients
  • Ensure the continuation of an ongoing mutually beneficial relationship with clients through regular contact and communication
  • Develop, execute and monitor client and customer satisfaction surveys and take remedial action where appropriate
  • Communicate major unplanned discrepancies in the location budget to client
  • Provide recommendations to clients regarding various pricing/volume strategies to maximize revenue
  • Ensure self-audits are being conducted at facilties and the appropriate actions are being taken to address deficiencies
  • Identify at risk locations and execute plan to ensure retention
  • Ensure locations within assigned Region(s) are in compliance with contract

 

Business Development

 

  • Facilitate the development of new business and maintain, extend, and expand the profitability of existing business and its operation within an assigned regional area, which will include: Account Planning; Lead Generation; Opportunity Qualification; Problem Definition; Proposals/RFPs; Operational Planning; Closing and Onboarding.
  • Negotiate or gain agreement on the contract terms with a new client
  • Sell additional products and services to existing accounts, or increase the usage of existing products and services
  • A 65/35 operating/marketing split is assumed

 

Talent Development

  • Ensure the development of each subordinate’s effectiveness by ensuring that a development plan is created and executed per plan, providing mentoring when needed and taking remedial action where a subordinate’s performance is unacceptable
  • Create and develop a “level playing field” for advancement and development of talent

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5 plus years of managing multiple locations, stores, properties (prior parking industry experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting/exceeding budget expectations, development of new business and developing strong client relationships
  • Bachelor's Degreep preferred
  • Other key competencies include: financial analysis skills, familiarity with contract structures and required terms; presentation skills; negotiation skills; and strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Prior experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, P&L Review systems preferred
  • License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
