Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually 

Responsibilities

What you’ll do 

  • Oversee the daily operation of multi-site locations within the portfolio according to their contractual requirements to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine visits to assigned locations to ensure proper operating procedures and identify all existing and potential operational problems.
  • Maintain cutting-edge innovation by using SP+’s suite of technology
  • Support team and client by providing solutions during "off-duty hours."
  • Ensure the accounts operate within the budget and make recommendations to attain the budget if unforeseen circumstances cause negative variances. Ensure proper and timely revenue reporting and daily deposit procedures are followed and manage P&L (Profit and Loss Statement). 
  • Develop, staff (hire), train and supervise a team of employees at all locations within the Portfolio.

Qualifications

What you need   

  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • 4-year College/University degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • A passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Prior experience creating and maintaining budgets.
  • Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization, from field employees, executive staff, building management, and customers.
  • Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
