Responsibilities

 

  • Run monthly billing report in CARS Billing System to submit revenue reports for assigned locations to Corporate Monthly Parker A/R Team
  • Prepare monthly manual invoices for 3rd party valet companies
  • Reconcile monthly bill back validation and prepare manual invoices if needed
  • Determine variances between fee transaction reports from server and revenue summaries from the AS400
  • Control Card Audit
  • Assist leasing with parking allotments to prospect and existing tenants
  • Maintain tenant lease obligation on a monthly basis before CARS month end close for correct billing
  • Review critical date report
  • Audit Employee accounts
  • Review CARS Close audit
  • Complete manual billing for tenants
  • Process and submit free monthly/master access list for approval
  • Audit reserved permits; to make sure billed correctly and space numbers are notated
  • Audit CARS and access system to check if the interface is working properly
  • Review and process monthly adjustments and corrections
  • Review monthly AR adjustments/corrections for accuracy

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4-year Degree strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must
  • Must have knowledge of computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2+ years of prior experience reviewing lease language preferred
  • Client focus orientation
  • Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized
