Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and coordinate the training and development activities of all staff.
  • Conduct instructor led training sessions covering specified areas to include operations, customer service, safety, skills, technology, environmental compliance, systems and policies and procedures.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
  • Evaluate on-the-job trainers’ performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Coach and evaluate all employees in proper customer service and job function skills.
  • Ensure employees at location complete all required training courses.
  • Conduct ongoing training and personal development classes for location specific staff members.
  • Work with management to analyze training needs and develop new programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Train others in techniques and skills for training and dealing with other employees.
  • Complete other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required (English).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Outlook required.
  • Two years experience facilitating technical and/or soft skills training, or a four year degree from accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Possess a valid driver license with a good driving record.

 

Salary Range:  $20.67
