  • Overview

    Basic Function: Ensures highest quality customer service and assists the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean.


    • Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment
    • Helps customers with parking services and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility
    • Leads programs to improve client and customer satisfaction
    • Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
    • Monitors parkers in pay-in lanes
    • Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Provides assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
    • Performs other necessary functions as assigned.
    • Conducts garage and facility audits as required by management.
    • Counts “bank” of revenue (if required) at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.
    • Makes change (if required) for customers before transactions.
    • Quotes rates for parking services.
    • Gives directions to customers to various locations in the city.
    • Resolves customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
    • Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner (if required).
    • Maintains cleanliness of facility and picks up trash in the surrounding area.
    • Presents themselves professionally (neat appearance and in uniform) at all times while at work.
    • Arrives to work on time for scheduled shifts.
    • Completes any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Basic Function: 

    Set up equipment to prepare the district for concerts, Blue Jackets and Clippers games. As a special event Set-Up Crew Member you will provide support as well as greet, direct, and assist our customers with parking services, district services and facilitate the flow of traffic throughout the Arena District by performing the following duties


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Arena District Special Event Set Up Crew Members are responsible for the set up and logistics of the Arena District Parking Portfolio.

    Main job duties include;


    strategic placement of signage and other parking control equipment used for the different events that occur in the Arena District including; Blue Jacket's games, Clipper's, concerts at the Express Live and a variety of different events that occur on in the Arena District.

    Individuals must have a valid driver license and must be able to operate both the golf cart and special event truck

    Skill sets desired:

    Willingness to work hard and within a team structure, performs duties with a sense of urgency, ability to lift 40 lbs, friendliness, strong command of the English language, dependable and reliable.

    Education/Experience Required: 

    High school diploma or equivalent


    License Requirement: 

    The employee will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.


    Language Skills:

    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company.
