Responsibilities

 

  • Develop an acute understanding of SP+ core consumer marketing services as well as the clients, challenges, opportunities, and key business processes of the parking industry.
  • Work together with the marketing team to monitor digital marketing campaigns and assist with content development for actionable marketing strategies.
  • Assist the marketing team with program executions to promote incremental sales/revenue across the country.
  • Manage digital marketing vendors, supporting vendor relationships invoice tracking and payments.
  • Work with Accounts Payable colleagues to complete, track and manage vendor payments.
  • Support the marketing team with digital marketing campaigns ensuring accurate tracking of spending and invoicing.
  • Assist in the development of the corporate marketing budget.
  • Track monthly budget performance and line item variances.
  • Respond to internal client questions on marketing spend and tracking inquires.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via review platforms, web, email, and social media.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of marketing financial management
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred
  • Solid marketing and customer service skills are a must
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage
  • Proficient to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing program analytics software including GoogleAds and Google Analytics.

Salary Range:  $55,000 - $60,000 per year
