Salary Range: $19.50 per hour
Monitor and assist frontline employees with loading passengers into taxis.
Monitor the TNC (Rideshare), Taxi staging lots and pickup areas.
Provide great customer service to passengers throughout the airport.
The Supervisor, Ground Transportation is responsible for supervising and providing support to all frontline operations employees in the absence of the on-site Manager and to ensure the delivery of quality customer service to the traveling public.

Education/Experience - Minimal high school diploma (2 years of college preferred); 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced commercial transportation / customer service environment preferred.

Customer Service – Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance.

Equipment – Ability to operate a cell phone, 2-way radio and PDA
License Requirement - The employee will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
