Responsibilities

The Team Lead will supervise and audit a team of up to six Remote Management Services (RMS) Account Managers. The Team Lead along with their team will be responsible for financial reporting of several entities to include overseeing billing and outstanding receivables. The Team Lead and their Account Managers will take all steps needed to quickly collect past due accounts; effectively communicating with customers both verbally and in writing.  The Team Lead will report to the Director of Administrative Services.

  • Pull and key revenue for RMS locations
  • Perform lockouts and make collection calls to clients and/or customers
  • Perform card audits
  • Run weekly A/R status reports
  • Update and maintain other weekly reports
  • Manage month-end close process
  • Reconcile bank accounts and merchant credit cards
  • Train and mentor Account Managers on RMS methods and processes
  • Suggest procedures and implement approved methods for growing the RMS Administrative group
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

  • Four year degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six months in the RMS Account Manager position preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance role
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks, or similar accounting system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Supervisory experience preferred

 

Salary Range:  $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
