Responsibilities

Position:  Lobby Guest Service Representative

Location:  Mercy Hospital

 

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Guest Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest access, confirming guest lists, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the main lobby. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests.

 

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and allow guests into the building.
  • Confirm guests' names on the guest list before granting access.
  • Check the reservation calendar for guest suite and elevator appointments.
  • Notify residents to pick up packages that were left overnight.
  • Assist with delivery service provider concerns and direct them to the appropriate party.
  • Ensure the main lobby is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

 

Qualifications

What you need

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and calendar systems.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and organizational practices.
  • May require working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Physical Demands: The position may require standing for extended periods.
