Position: Ivernight Valet Attendant
Location: UNA Residences
Pay rate: $19/hr
As a Valet Attendant you are the face of the property for our residents and their visitors. We are looking for safe, energetic, and professional drivers who can deliver a seamless, high-end experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in a luxury residential setting.
Guest Engagement: "Make every moment matter" by proactively resolving guest/ resident requests, explaining rates, and providing local directions with expert knowledge.
Vehicle Safety: Inspect every vehicle upon arrival and follow all traffic laws to ensure safe parking and transport.
Operational Excellence: Arrive on time and maintain a pristine uniform for your entire shift, representing the professional standards of SP+.
Proactive Reporting: Communicate safety hazards, accidents, or unusual occurrences to management immediately to ensure a secure environment.
Service-Minded: You enjoy interacting with people and finding creative ways to solve problems.

Requirements
Documentation: A valid Driver’s License and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.
Driving Skills: A clean driving record is a must. The ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late-night schedules (2nd and 3rd shifts).
Communication: Ability to read and write professionally, follow instructions clearly, and handle U.S. currency accurately.
Problem Solving: A calm and professional approach to resolving resident concerns or adapting to unexpected changes during a shift.
Active Environment: You will be regularly standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility during your shift.
Hand-Eye Coordination: Ability to safely handle vehicles, cash, and parking equipment.
Lifting: Occasional ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds (e.g., assisting residents with luggage or groceries).
